How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is 2-3 days (excluding holidays).
What are the possible delivery methods?
Delivered to your door via courier within 1-2 business days.
Via Omniva parcel machines within 2-3 days.
What should I do if I have provided an incorrect phone number or address when placing an order?
Call us as soon as possible at 23307111 or write to info@loon.lv. If the order is still in our warehouse, we will change the delivery details.
How can I return my shipment?
To return a shipment, please submit your return request by writing to
info@loon.lv, attaching a picture and reason for return, within 14 days of receiving the order

Can I exchange my order for other items?
Items of equal value can be exchanged 14 days after the order is delivered. Contact us at info@loon.lv or by calling 23307111 and we will provide instructions on the product exchange process: via Omniva parcel machines or via courier, or in person.
However, if the amount is lower or higher for another desired item, we will refund or add a surcharge, and you will be able to purchase the ones you like.
